Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and [Operator name — not configured], who operates Creator Studio. By using Creator Studio you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Creator Studio.

1. You must be 18 or older

Creator Studio contains adult material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and adult material is legal where you are. We confirm your age when you arrive, and we may end your access at any time if we believe you are under age.

2. Your account

You sign in with a PMS passport wallet. You are responsible for keeping the keys to that wallet safe: whoever holds them controls the account, and we cannot restore them for you.

You may not share, sell or transfer your access, and you may not use the site through another person’s account.

3. Content and what you may do with it

The creator keeps ownership of everything they publish here. Paying for access — a subscription, a single item, or a private show — buys you a personal, non-transferable right to view it while your access lasts. It does not transfer ownership.

You may not record, download (except where a download is expressly offered), republish, resell or redistribute any content. Files may carry an invisible mark identifying the account that obtained them, so leaked copies can be traced back.

4. Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. Where the site prices in PMS, payments settle on the PMS network and are final once confirmed.

Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally not refundable. If you were charged in error, or the content was not delivered, contact [Contact email — not configured] and we will investigate. Nothing here removes a refund right the law gives you.

A subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next charge; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

5. What you must not do

Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Do not attempt to identify, locate or contact the creator outside the site. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or content involving anyone under 18 or anyone who has not consented. Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls or the age gate.

We may suspend or remove access immediately, without refund, for a breach of this section.

6. Availability and liability

Creator Studio is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Ending your access

You may stop using Creator Studio at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop operating the site — in which case we will honour access you have already paid for where we reasonably can.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction — not configured]. Formal notices go to [Postal address — not configured].

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use Creator Studio after that means you accept the update.
