This notice explains what [Operator name — not configured] collects when you use Creator Studio, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Your wallet address, because it is how you sign in and how we know what you have access to. A display name if you choose one. What you have unlocked or subscribed to, so we can let you back in. Payment records — the amount, the currency and the processor’s reference, never your full card number. Messages you send on the site. Aggregate usage (view counts and similar), which is not tied to you individually.
Your age confirmation is stored as a cookie on your own device. It records only the age you confirmed — nothing that identifies you.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your legal name, date of birth or identity documents to browse. We do not store card numbers. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Why we are allowed to hold it
To provide what you asked for (your account, your access, your messages), to take payment, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and record-keeping. Where we rely on your consent — for optional notifications — you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, to take payment. Our hosting and storage providers, to run the site. The PMS network, which is a public ledger: transactions on it are visible to anyone, so treat a wallet address as public. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law compels us.
How long we keep it
Account and access records for as long as your account exists. Payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years, even after you leave. Messages until you or the creator delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Deletion removes your profile, your messages and your access; it cannot remove payment records we are legally required to keep, and it cannot remove anything already recorded on the PMS ledger, which no one can edit.

Cookies
We set only what the site needs to work: your sign-in session and your age confirmation. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
