We acknowledge every request within 168 hours and act on valid ones without undue delay.
If the content is yours and you did not consent
Tell us where it is (the page address), that you appear in it, and that you did not consent to it being published. We remove non-consensual material on report, before investigating. You do not need a lawyer, a form or a fee, and you do not have to prove your case first.
If you own the copyright
Include, so we can act on it: the address of the material; a description of the work you own; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your contact details and signature (typed is fine).
Counter-notice and repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, write to the same address and we will consider restoring it. We end the accounts of anyone who repeatedly infringes.
